Country refers to the United Mexican States (Mexico), with complementary logistics operations in Miami, FL, USA.

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to Global Entry Co , with business operations in Mexico City and a delivery warehouse in Miami.

Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cell phone, or digital tablet.

Feedback means suggestions, comments, or information submitted by you regarding the features, performance, or improvements of the Service.

Goods refers to the products offered for sale through the Service. These include accessories and trademarked items, although Global Entry Co does not own those trademarks.

Order means a request made by You to purchase Goods through the Service.

Promotions refers to contests, special sales, or offers made through the Service.

Service refers to the Global Entry Co website and any official contact channel used to sell or inform about our products.

Terms and Conditions means this document, which constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Website refers to Global Entry Co, accessible through our official channels.

Recognition

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service and constitute the binding agreement between you and the Company.

ORDER PLACEMENT

By placing an order, you guarantee that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

To process your order, we may request certain information, including:

• Mailing address
• Billing address
• Payment method details

You guarantee that:
(i) You have the legal right to use the selected payment method.
(ii) The information provided is true, correct and complete.

By submitting this information, you authorize the Company to share it with payment processors in order to complete the transaction.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in prices or descriptions
• Errors in your order
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

PRICING POLICY

Prices may be changed at any time prior to acceptance of the Order.

If, after accepting the Order, changes occur beyond our control—such as variations in tariffs, import costs, courier fees, or currency fluctuations—the customer will be notified and will have the right to cancel.

PAYMENTS

All products require a one-time payment .
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and digital methods (subject to availability).

If the bank or processor rejects the payment authorization, we will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of the Order.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions may be subject to additional rules that will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Global Entry Co does not own the trademarks, logos, images, or trade names used in our Service.
All material related to the brands belongs exclusively to their owners.

The use of these images is exclusively for the purposes of identification, description, and legitimate marketing.

The original content created by Global Entry Co (texts, original photographs, site structure, policies, documents and internal graphic material) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without prior written authorization.

FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, you acknowledge that:

• It is not confidential
• It may be used freely by the Company
• It does not create an obligation to compensate.

You grant Global Entry Co an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use it for improvement purposes.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Mexico is free for purchases of 6 pieces or more.
All products are shipped from Mexico City via DHL, FedEx or UPS.

We process orders the same day if payment is confirmed before 3:00 pm
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Estimated times: 24 to 48 hours depending on the destination.
We cannot guarantee times affected by external causes.

We offer warehouse pickup in Miami, and in Los Angeles, pickup must be coordinated with your sales representative.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Once the courier company confirms the delivery by means of a signature or receipt, Global Entry Co's responsibility ends.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage or theft after delivery
• Delays due to couriers, weather, inspections or external factors
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of opportunities

The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product .

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

We can include links to external sites.
We are not responsible for their content or practices.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time.
