Exchange and Return Policy

1. We do not accept returns or refunds

All sales are final.
Once the delivery has been made, no returns, refunds or cancellations are accepted under any circumstances .

Each item is inspected, verified, and tested before shipment to ensure it meets the manufacturer's standards and is in optimal condition at the time of sale.
For this reason, we do not issue refunds after delivery .

2. Changes

The changes are only made in one case:

Product damaged from the factory upon delivery

To process an exchange, the customer must provide clear evidence of the damage, such as photographs and/or videos from the time of receipt.

The changes are made as follows:

  • Same model (if available).
  • Another model from the same brand.
  • Another model from a different brand , always within the catalog we handle.

No returns of merchandise are accepted for any reason other than factory damage.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled before shipment.
Due to our wholesale model, payment is processed first and shipping is done later.
Once payment is received, the sale is closed and there is no possibility of cancellation.

4. Condition verification

All products undergo a thorough inspection and verification process before shipment. This ensures that each piece is authentic, functional, and exactly as described.

5. Changes to this policy

Global Entry Co reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to periodically review this information.
