Likewise, where applicable, Personal Data may include information that allows you to be identified through physical, patrimonial, economic, cultural or social elements, in accordance with the terms established by Mexican legislation and its Regulations.

Sale , for the purposes of this Agreement and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP) , means the transfer, communication, assignment or making available of Personal Data to a third party , whether national or foreign, in exchange for monetary consideration or any benefit , provided that such transfer is carried out with the prior consent of the Owner , except for the exceptions established by law.

Service refers to the Website and the services offered by Global Entry Co.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically during use of the Service.

Website refers to Global Entry Co, accessible from our official domain.

You means the individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Service.
